Better circulation helps to oxygenate muscles, nerves, tendons, and ligaments which leads to decreased pain and increased mobility. Using the Neck Hammock for 10-15 minutes a day can help to reduce the overall tension of neck and back muscles, release pinched nerves, relieve tension headaches, and improve many other conditions related to poor blood flow in the neck and upper back areas. We recommend to start slow, with just 5 minute sessions at first. You can repeat the treatment 1-2 times a day.
